Driving

  • If you have had laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery, you should not drive a vehicle for 2 weeks.
  • If you had a laparotomy (abdominal wound), then do not drive a vehicle for 4 weeks.

Always check with your car insurance company first to find out what their policy is.
