Fertility Preserving Treatments for Gynaecological Cancers
Sometimes, gynaecological cancers can occur in young women, even before having children. If maintaining your ability to have your own children is important, please discuss with Dr Tan, who may be able to offer alternative treatments and/or surgical approaches. Sometimes this may not be possible without significantly affecting cure rates. On other occasions, it may only slightly increase the risk of recurrent disease.
